Compleat Angler – Copper Coast Marine & Tackle

Situated on South Australia’s Yorke Peninsula the Copper Coast has so much to offer. Approximately one and a half hours from the northern side of Adelaide you can enjoy some of the best Snapper and Whiting fishing in the State. There are jetties at Wallaroo, Moonta Bay and Port Hughes. There are two all weather boat ramps one at Wallaroo and the other at Port Hughes. There is some of the best land based Snapper fishing at Point Riley.

The Copper Coast also offers easy access for day trips to the bottom end of the Yorke Peninsula including the Innes National Park. A 30 minute drive will get you to the other side of the Peninsula to Ardrossan and St Vincent Gulf or you could go north from Wallaroo to the Estuary and offshore areas of Port Broughton.

ANNUAL BOAT LAUNCH PERMITS

These permits are now available from us 7 days a week. You no longer have to arrange to be here on the three days when the council office is open. This is another service we are happy to provide to our customers.
